Job summary

Groq, Inc. is seeking a Senior Operational Risk and Reporting Analyst to transform the GRC program into a monthly operating rhythm, telling leadership a story in business impact terms rather than by control.

You will own the third party risk program and centralize risk data into executive-ready dashboards. Responsibilities include producing the monthly risk report, validating controls for effectiveness, and tracking remediation across all frameworks with clear ownership and expiry dates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operational risk, IT risk or GRC in a regulated environment.
• Experience producing monthly risk reporting for risk committees and executives.
• Experience testing controls for effectiveness and assessing third-party risk.
• GRC tooling experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and run GRC risk reporting as a continuous operation with dashboards.
• Produce the monthly risk report to security leadership with executive-ready commentary.
• Own the third party risk program end to end, including vendor assessments and remediation tracking.
• Track remediation across all frameworks with owners, dates and dispositions; report aging monthly.
