Job summary

Crown Family Philanthropies seeks a Grants Management Analyst, who will serve as a key member of CFP’s Operations team and report to the Director of Operations. The Operations team handles financial oversight, talent support, and grants management responsibilities for CFP.

The Analyst will manage specific grants-management workflows from start to finish and will have primary responsibility for responding to inquiries received from grantees, applicants, and staff through Crown Family

Qualifications

• Experience with grants management processes and due-diligence.
• Strong written and verbal communication with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to coordinate across teams and manage multiple tasks.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage grants-management workflows from start to finish.
• Respond to inquiries from grantees, applicants, and staff via grant-help email.
• Coordinate with Program, Family Engagement, and other stakeholders.
• Provide quality assurance in grant-making processes.
