You will supervise staff, align activities, and position the department for strategic funding opportunities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years in a similar role.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• Experience coordinating grants, strategic initiatives, workforce development, or cross-functional projects.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and deadline management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead a coordinated grant-seeking strategy aligned with priorities.
• Supervise education and workforce initiatives ensuring regional alignment.
• Develop centralized grant coordination processes for consistency and efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners across programs.
• Monitor grant opportunities, milestones, and anticipated support needs.
• Create training, tools, and templates to support staff and partners.
• Engage education providers and stakeholders to enhance alignment.
