North Central Texas Council of Governments is seeking a Grant Strategy + Education Initiatives Supervisor to lead the coordination of grant strategy and education-focused initiatives within the Workforce Development Department. You will supervise staff, align activities with regional goals, and position the department for strategic funding opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience coordinating grants, strategic initiatives, workforce development, education programs, or cross-functional projects.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a coordinated grant-seeking strategy aligned with organizational and regional priorities.
• Supervise and support education and workforce-related initiatives.
• Develop centralized processes for coordinating, documenting, and tracking grant-related activities.
• Coordinate grant and education initiatives across Workforce Development.
• Monitor internally coordinated and partner-led grant opportunities, including milestones and support needs.
• Develop training, tools, templates, and guidance to support grant processes.
• Engage with education providers and regional stakeholders to promote alignment.
• Develop tools and processes to track grant activities and identify improvements.
