Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Three years of related experience with federal TRIO programs preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with university administration, school personnel, participants and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director with design and implementation of the program budget.
• Oversee financial and budgetary operations; provide financial projections and reports.
• Manage multiple budgets (federal, discretionary, interdepartmental) and perform analyses.
• Maintain and reconcile accounts in the Workday system; handle petty cash and deposits.
• Coordinate budget revisions, annual program budgets, and compliance with regulations.
• Monitor budget status for federal/state compliance and solvency.
• Prepare pre/post-award documents for grants and budgets.
• Coordinate travel and event planning; manage IT assets and related training.
