Qualifications

• Knowledge of TRIO Upward Bound or similar programs and requirements

Responsibilities

• Lead the two Upward Bound programs (EC and MLC) and oversee direct services to participants
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and university policies and program objectives
• Manage budgetary functions and assist with fiscal oversight as a program administrator
• Prepare annual reports and maintain data for SIUE and funding agencies
• Support staff training, development, and performance evaluations
