Job summary

The Center for Better Aging (CBA) is seeking a Program Manager to oversee grant-funded initiatives, ensure compliance, and coordinate cross-functional teams. This full-time role offers hybrid on-site work in Chicago, IL, with opportunities for professional development, data-driven reporting, and collaboration with finance, clinical, and community partners.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in public health or related field and 3–5 years’ experience in grant administration and nonprofit

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Social Work, Human Services, Nonprofit Management, Public Administration, or related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in program coordination, grant administration, nonprofit operations, or related work.
• Experience with federal, state, and private grant compliance and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, implementation, and management of grant-funded programs.
• Ensure compliance with grant deliverables, timelines, and performance standards.
• Develop and maintain grant-related workplans, timelines, workflows, and tracking tools.
• Monitor program performance using data and KPIs; recommend operational improvements.
