Job summary

E3 Alliance, a nonprofit focused on education transformation, seeks a full-time Grant Manager to lead institutional fundraising across foundations, corporate, and government grants. You will manage the full grant lifecycle—from prospecting and proposal development to award management and reporting—while partnering with program, research, finance, and executive leadership.

This role supports a data-driven, outcomes-focused approach and requires translating complex data into fundable narratives,

Qualifications

• BA or 5+ years of professional fundraising experience.
• 4+ years of grant writing, institutional fundraising, or related field.
• Demonstrated track record of securing major gifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of institutional funders and grant opportunities.
• Own and drive institutional revenue goals by securing new grants and multi-year commitments.
• Develop tailored proposals and stewardship strategies to strengthen funder relationships.
• Lead the development and submission of high-quality grant proposals, LOIs, and concept papers.
• Maintain accurate revenue forecasts and pipeline reports for leadership.
