Job summary

E3 Alliance is seeking a full-time Grant Manager to lead institutional fundraising across foundation, corporate, and government grants. You will manage the grants lifecycle, align funding with strategic priorities, and collaborate with program, research, and finance teams to translate data into fundable narratives.

You will partner with senior leadership to forecast funding, ensure compliance, and deliver stewardship that strengthens funder relationships while advancing E3’s mission in education

Qualifications

• Grant writing for institutional funders with LOIs and proposals.
• Lead full lifecycle of grants from prospecting to renewal.
• Maintain a robust funder research pipeline and donor data.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of institutional funders and grants.
• Drive revenue through new grants, renewals, and multi-year commitments.
• Develop tailored proposals and stewardship strategies.
• Maintain CRM records with funder interactions and outcomes.
• Provide regular updates on pipeline, projections, and risks.
