Job summary

University of California, San Francisco is seeking a Workstream Lead for Grant Administration within the CADP to guide statewide Medi-Cal dyadic services expansion. The role requires strategic thinking, cross-team collaboration with directors and partners, and oversight of grant/contract deliverables.

You will shape policies, manage staff, and coordinate with Third-Party Administrators to scale pediatric services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience / training.
• Minimum 3 years of experience supervising operational staff.
• Strong analytical / problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Advanced project management skills.
• Ability to multi-task with demanding timeframes.
• Experience with grant administration for large multi-system projects.
• Solid knowledge of organizational or research-specific computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Grant Administration Workstream within CADP, shaping strategic grant/contract planning.
• Oversee and deliver grant and contract deliverables in collaboration with Third-Party Administrators and other workstreams.
• Develop and implement policies, processes, and resources to support grant activities.
• Collaborate with CADP leadership to secure partnerships and funding for Medi-Cal dyadic care expansion.
• Supervise staff implementing grant administration goals and contribute to workforce development.
