Job summary

University of California, San Francisco’s CADP seeks an experienced Leader for Population Health, Quality & Sustainability Strategy. You will guide the workstream to scale dyadic services, drive sustainability, and align partnerships with California Medi-Cal financing and policy leaders.

The role focuses on building cross-sector strategies, supervising a small team, and delivering measurable improvements in access and outcomes for infants and young children within a public health framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least five years of experience or equivalent training.
• Minimum 3 years supervising staff in achieving operational goals.
• Minimum 3 years experience in population health or Medicaid quality.
• Solid knowledge of organizational processes and relevant procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with advanced project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Population Health, Quality & Sustainability Strategy Workstream.
• Oversee collaboration with county, state, and health system leaders in California.
• Develop and translate policy into actionable planning and reimbursement strategies.
• Design statewide initiatives to improve dyadic care utilization and outcomes.
• supervise a team including a quality specialist and project manager, ensuring deliverables.
• Engage with Medi-Cal plans and government organizations to advance objectives.
• Analyze Medicaid policy and impact on population health financing.
• Develop billing pathways and sustainability plans for the initiative.
• Provide strategic guidance to align stakeholders with CADP goals.
