Disneyland Resort is seeking a Government Relations Manager to advance our strategy by building trusted relationships with government officials, industry associations, and community partners in the Anaheim area.

You will lead monitoring, outreach, and policy analysis, coordinate with cross-functional teams, plan events, and ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in government or public affairs.
• Strong understanding of municipal operations and local government.
• Ability to work with diverse groups and community partners.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Analytical problem solving and attention to detail.
• Experience with project management and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Assist Government Relations team in executing projects and engaging stakeholders.
• Represent Disneyland Resort in public policy discussions with officials and communities.
• Build and maintain relationships with Anaheim community leaders and industry groups.
• Track local issues affecting the resort and tourism industry.
• Plan and support events, briefings, and legislative visits.
• Develop policy memos and research to inform strategy.
