Civitek Solutions, a Civitek group company in Tallahassee, seeks a Sr Government and Regulatory Affairs Attorney to lead monitoring of state and federal court opinions, rules, and legislation impacting Clerks of Court and associated operations.

The role requires an advanced law degree, Florida Bar admission, and strong drafting and negotiation skills. You will coordinate with the Director of Government Relations and external attorneys, providing policy guidance and staff support.

Qualifications

• Advanced law degree required; 3+ years public administration or legal experience preferred.
• Must be member of The Florida Bar in good standing.
• Strong written and verbal communication and editing skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze court opinions, agency rules, and legislation for operational impact.
• Serve as liaison to Florida court system and various councils/workgroups.
• Lead analysis and guidance for implementation of court opinions and statutes.
