Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Admin, Economics, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in government finance, pricing, or financial analysis.
• Experience supporting U.S. government contracting and proposal pricing.
• Experience with financial modeling and pricing strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support government proposal pricing, including labor estimates, indirect rates, cost models, pricing strategies, and financial analysis.
• Analyze actual costs and performance against proposed rates to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support indirect rates and cost allocation methodologies.
• Support incurred cost submissions, DCAA activities, and related requirements.
• Assist pricing for new business, recompetes, modifications, and opportunities.
• Develop forecasts, business cases, profitability analyses, and other financial models.
