Job summary

Project Hospitality is seeking a Manager of Government Contracts to coordinate renewals, amendments, and reporting, ensuring funder compliance and timely submissions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, public admin, nonprofit management, or related field.
• Associate degree with relevant government contract administration experience considered.
• Minimum of 3 years in government contract administration, grants management, or nonprofit admin.
• Experience with federal, state, or local funding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate prep and submission of government contract renewals, amendments, and modifications.
• Assist program staff with narratives, scopes of work, budgets, and supporting docs.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely deliverables.
• Maintain communication with government agencies, MCOs, and funders.
• Prepare and distribute contract summaries; maintain contract files and tracking.
• Administer master Government Contract List and related databases.
• Serve as agency administrator for contracting and vendor management systems (multiple portals).
• Assist with program certifications, renewals, and required documentation.
• Coordinate funder notifications regarding staffing or program changes.
• Support equipment disposition requests with funder approvals when applicable.
• Provide guidance on contract requirements and compliance; conduct staff training.
• Resolve contract-related issues with leadership and funders; attend meetings as needed.
• Maintain organized electronic and paper contract records; perform related duties.
