Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in government relations or a related field.
• Experience in managing board of directors' activities.
• Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, human services, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Aufgaben

• Develop strong relationships and serve as primary contact for local elected officials.
• Track and manage federal, state, and county legislation affecting WSM.
• Advise CEO on relevant developments and prepare updates for leadership.
• Coordinate meetings with local and state officials as needed.
• Lead board recruitment and onboarding and manage board operations budget.
• Oversee sponsorship vetting and decisions for WDB/WSM activities.
• Support intake for constituent referrals and track service progress.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
