Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of progressive program or project coordination/management experience.
• Supervisory experience with ability to provide direction, guidance, and oversight.
• Strong communication, writing, editing, organization, and relationship-building skills for handling detailed work.
• Sound judgment, discretion, integrity, and handling confidential information professionally.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, databases, and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Support AAOS Board committees, including the Nominating Committee and Committee on Ethics; prepare materials, timelines, minutes, reports, and follow-ups.
• Manage confidential Board nominations process and related Fellowship communications.
• Support disclosure and conflict of interest processes, including the Convey program and ethics tools.
• Oversee international strategy, education programs, exhibits, and Annual Meeting activities; liaise to the International Committee.
