The role oversees nominations, ethics processes, international strategy, and engagement with diverse partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of progressive program or project coordination/management experience.
• Supervisory experience with ability to provide direction, guidance, and oversight.
• Strong communication, writing, editing, organization, and relationship-building skills; able to manage a high volume of detailed work.
• Sound judgment, discretion, integrity, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, databases, and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, tracking, forecasts, research, and special projects for assigned governance and committee areas.
• Supervise and provide guidance to the Governance & Affiliate Relations Specialist while leading key governance, affiliate relations, international, and volunteer engagement initiatives.
• Handle detailed and confidential work with minimal guidance while supporting senior governance leaders.
• Support Board committees and international strategy and programs.
