Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, evaluate, and influence productivity and teamwork to deliver Legendary Customer Service.
• Model and promote Values Based Leadership to align with Vision, Values, and Mission.
• Monitor and align daily operations with company mission and values.
• Develop and implement annual business plans to maintain stability and growth.
• Select and develop HR function to ensure competent staff.
• Allocate and control resources to optimize Operating Income and meet stakeholders' needs.
• Promote daily operational practices to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Work safely and comply with policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
