CraneWorks is seeking a General Manager to lead a market, region, or business unit with full P&L responsibility. The role drives strategy, operations, and customer relationships to deliver growth and profitability.

The GM will oversee budgeting, performance metrics, and a high-performance culture while ensuring safety and compliance across all functions. Travel may be required to support business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or strongly preferred in related field.
• Experience leading multi-functional operations with P&L responsibility.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and performance management.
• Ability to travel and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue growth and profitability.
• Oversee operations, sales, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
