Qualifications

• Progressive experience in corporate tax, treasury, or finance leadership roles.
• Expertise in U.S. corporate tax and international tax.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company's global tax strategy across U.S. federal, state, local, and international jurisdictions.
• Oversee quarterly and annual tax provision processes in accordance with ASC 740.
• Develop and execute global treasury strategies to support business growth and operational objectives.
• Lead cash forecasting, liquidity planning, and working capital management activities.
• Design and implement treasury policies, procedures, internal controls, and governance frameworks.
• Partner with accounting and finance teams on debt management, intercompany funding, and capital structure initiatives.
• Support audit readiness, SOX compliance initiatives, and public-company preparedness efforts.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and system enhancements across tax and treasury functions.
