Responsibilities

• Lead global income tax accounting and financial reporting under ASC 740.
• Manage quarterly and annual tax provisions and related disclosures.
• Present tax results, effective tax rate analysis, and key tax matters to executives.
• Oversee monthly close activities, tax account reconciliations, internal controls, and audit support.
• Develop strategies to reduce cash taxes and optimize the effective tax rate.
• Oversee global tax compliance and transfer pricing strategy, documentation, and compliance.
• Mentor tax professionals and establish governance standards and best practices.
