Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is hiring a Supply Chain Manager in Bristol, PA. You will oversee a team of supply chain professionals, drive day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives across strategy, planning, sourcing, and supplier performance to meet business and growth objectives.

Lead material management to ensure on-time availability of parts and expedite critical items. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and program managers to optimize supplier performance and risk management

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; 9+ years related experience or 13 years with no degree.
Minimum 5 years leading a team and managing direct material commodities.
Experience with DoD procurement, FAR & DFAR.
Strong ability to negotiate pricing and delivery improvements; capable with MRP systems.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and administer supply chain programs across procurement and subcontract management.
Lead a team of buyers, material managers, and subcontract personnel to meet delivery and cost targets.
Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality, and Program Managers to optimize programs.
Ensure alignment of supply chain objectives with corporate strategy and budget.
