Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 12+ years relevant experience; graduate degree preferred.
• Experience leading supply chain programs across development and production.
• Strong understanding of EVMS, CAM, and government contracting.

Responsibilities

• Lead SCPM to drive supply chain IPT to meet program goals.
• Support labor funding alignment with budgets post-award.
• Develop procurement strategies and select suppliers for critical parts.
• Create and execute acquisition strategies to reduce costs.
• Identify process gaps and implement Lean-Six Sigma improvements.
• Influence leadership to adopt new practices and concepts.
