Job summary

Vantage MedTech seeks a Director of Supply Chain to lead end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution across procurement, supplier management, materials, warehousing, inventory, and shipping for Kansas and New Jersey operations.

You will develop scalable processes, negotiate terms with suppliers, manage ERP/MRP parameters, and drive cross-functional leadership with Manufacturing, Quality, NPI, Finance, and site leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, operations, engineering, or related field required.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, sourcing, materials management, logistics, or operations within manufacturing.
• 5+ years of people leadership across procurement, buyer, materials, warehouse, or multi-site teams.
• Experience in regulated environments (medical device, life sciences, aerospace) preferred.
• Strong negotiation, supplier risk mitigation, and global/domestic sourcing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution across procurement, supplier management, materials, warehousing, inventory, and shipping.
• Develop scalable processes to support production, commitments, cost targets, and working capital goals.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, lead times, and contracts to improve cost, cash flow, and delivery.
• Develop global and domestic sourcing strategies for critical commodities and components.
• Oversight of ERP/MRP parameters, inventory controls, cycle counting, and warehouse processes.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Manufacturing, Quality, Planning, Finance, and site leadership.
• Coach and develop buyers and warehouse/logistics staff across multiple sites.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with FDA/ISO13485 and quality systems.
