Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Purchasing, SCM or related field.
• Minimum of five years of sourcing and supplier relationship management experience, with leadership or supervisory capabilities.
• Experience in global procurement, logistics, or supply chain management preferred.
• Strong leadership, strategic sourcing, negotiation, contract management, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Oracle, advanced Excel, and procure-to-pay (P2P) platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change, drive cost improvements, and build relationships with stakeholders.
• CPSM, CIPS, or Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
