The role requires strong communication and project management, travel internationally, and a focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences while maintaining CRM visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, aviation, or related field.
• 8+ years in sales, marketing, or related functions.
• Experience with external entities; distributor/dealer management preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; aviation knowledge and foreign languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement international sales plans aligned with business objectives.
• Manage communication and relationships with global distributors and dealers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform regional strategies.
• Participate in customer engagements, industry events, and trade shows.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, legal, operations, and aftersales teams for seamless service.
• Maintain CRM data, sales reports, and pipeline visibility for management decision-making.
• Provide operational and administrative support for international sales activities.
