Planet Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Atlanta to lead complex, high-visibility initiatives spanning multiple teams, functions, and external partners. The role emphasizes governance, strategic planning, and executive-level collaboration to drive successful delivery.

You will manage business cases, budgets, schedules, and benefits realization across large-scale technology, security, risk, and audit projects, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes and value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading large, cross-functional projects.
• Hands-on security experience in at least one domain.
• Proven ability to develop business cases, funding requests, cost estimates, and executive presentations.
• Strong governance, RAID tracking, and effort tracking against approved estimates.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex initiatives with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Define objectives, milestones, roadmaps, and measurable business outcomes.
• Establish governance structures and decision-making processes.
• Drive collaboration across business, technology, security, legal, compliance, finance, procurement, operations, and partners.
• Prepare executive-ready status reports, dashboards, and updates.
• Track progress, manage risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross-team activities to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines.
