Pratt & Whitney seeks an Account Specialist within the Partnership Product Center to manage a dynamic part portfolio sourced from Japan. You will coordinate with Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering and other cross-functional teams to optimize procurement, delivery, and transitions while maintaining strong supplier relationships.

The role requires global coordination, on-time delivery focus, and the ability to work with international partners, including cross-time-zone arrangements.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in operations, supply chain or related field; 5+ years experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Ability to support partners in Japan across different time zones.
• Non-US status or authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

Mansioni

• Pro-actively identify areas for improvement within the supply chain to meet on-time delivery and quality goals.
• End-to-end procurement activities, supplier management, delivery assurance and reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Quality, Materials, Engineering, MCL, ESA and Strategic Sourcing with suppliers.
• Drive achievements, delivery plans and customer commitments to completion.
• Track part shortages by engine module to ensure production schedules are met.
