Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a highly skilled Physical Security Systems Manager based in Piscataway, NJ. You will own and lead the Physical Security Technology portfolio across enterprise systems, coordinating with Global IT and Engineering to ensure secure, reliable operations.

You will define roadmaps, governance policies, and manage vendors and contractors, while guiding a small team and external partners to deliver secure, scalable security infrastructure worldwide.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in administration of enterprise security programs; 5+ years in strategic planning across distributed regions.
• Team leadership of internal security teams, field technicians, and third-party integrators/vendors.
• Deep knowledge of unified PSIM platforms, cloud-hybrid deployments, and SaaS/Premises security hardware.

Responsibilities

• Own and direct the Physical Security Technology Portfolio's operations and strategic direction.
• Define the roadmap, establish policy, and manage contractors for security systems.
• Drive future-state architecture and align the portfolio with Global IT/InfoSec requirements.
• Serve as primary technical liaison to cross-functional enterprise teams (GIT, Global Engineering).
• Escalate and manage vendors for R&D integrations and global system upgrades.
• Direct workload and priorities for the Security Technology Specialist and two contractors.
