Responsibilities

• Oversee Sun Pharma 3PL activities (inbound, outbound, samples) for NA Market – Proactiv brand.
• Maintain complete oversight of 3PL operations and coordinate daily with 3PL team for timely receipts and dispatches.
• Coordinate with international and domestic suppliers to secure ETAs and ensure smooth deliveries with freight companies and receivers.
• Negotiate transportation rates to optimize costs and monitor carrier performance for timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and standards, optimizing shipping processes and complete carrier SOPs.
• Travel between Sun locations and vendor sites up to 30% to support operations.
