Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 5–10+ years of logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Proven track record managing domestic and international logistics operations.
• Strong knowledge of logistics systems (ERP, WMS, TMS).
• Understanding of global shipping, customs regulations, and trade compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret logistics data and KPIs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and supply chain analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and global distribution of Megger products.
• Manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring cost-effective, timely delivery through carrier selection, route optimization, and performance monitoring.
• Oversee warehouse operations (receiving, storage, fulfillment) while maintaining accurate inventory levels and implementing effective control procedures.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, production, customer service, and global teams to align supply chain activities and meet demand requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all domestic and international shipping regulations, customs requirements, and trade laws, maintaining accurate documentation.
• Analyze logistics performance and costs, driving continuous improvement initiatives, process efficiencies, and vendor negotiations.
• Lead, coach, and develop logistics and warehouse personnel, establishing KPIs and fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
• Monitor and improve customer delivery performance, resolving logistics issues and tracking key metrics such as on-time delivery, inventory turnover, and cost per shipment.
