Job summary

KBR, Inc is seeking a Project Procurement Manager to lead the procurement lifecycle for complex global EPC programs, coordinating sourcing, expediting, logistics, inspection, and material management to meet schedule and budget.

The role requires extensive international procurement experience, strong negotiation and cost-reduction track record, and the ability to collaborate with engineering and project teams across regions, including travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering.
• 15–20+ years of procurement experience in global EPC projects.
• Strong cost reduction and negotiation track record.
• Willingness to travel worldwide on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement management across sourcing, expediting, logistics and material management.
• Develop project procurement procedures aligned with client requirements.
• Ensure procurement safety, compliance, quality, schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Project Management across regions.
• Communicate status with stakeholders and management.
