Job summary

You will own budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibilities, develop strategic plans, and collaborate with senior management to align local goals with corporate standards. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in general management are expected; MBA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of proven general management experience.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Excellent leadership and ability to develop high-performing teams.
• Superior strategic planning and execution capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and policy adherence.
