Job summary

Domino's Tampa location is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations and drive performance. You will oversee shift execution, cost controls, inventory, cash handling and customer relations to ensure top service and efficiency on every shift.

As the boss in a fast-paced store, you’ll manage staff, enforce policies, and promote teamwork to deliver quality pizza and a great guest experience in Tampa, FL.

Qualifications

• Must have strong judgment and math abilities for cash handling and cost controls.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities during shifts.
• Proven leadership and team supervision capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Follow policy and procedures 100% of the time.
• Staffing, Paperwork, Cost Controls, Cash control, Food management, Work to a Schedule, Perfect Image and adherence to standards, Great Customer Service.
