Pioneer Metal Finishing seeks a hands‑on General Manager to lead a division with full accountability for safety, people, customers, growth, and financial results. You will set the vision, translate strategy into action, and create an environment where employees perform at their best and customers receive an exceptional experience.

Lead across operations, develop talent, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring environmental and safety compliance.

Qualifications

7–10 years of progressive leadership in a labor‑intensive manufacturing environment.
Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing.
Vision to translate goals into action and hold teams accountable.
Financial acumen with P&L responsibility and cost control.

Responsibilities

Develop divisional strategy, annual plan, budget, and long‑term growth.
Lead managers and teams to improve safety, delivery, quality, cost, and compliance.
Strengthen customer partnerships, drive organic growth, and adapt to market needs.
Provide values‑based leadership, coaching, and succession planning.
Champion Lean thinking and company‑wide improvement projects.
Own divisional financial performance and ensure plans meet budget.
