Shutterfly is seeking a VP, General Counsel to lead the legal function and advise senior leadership on corporate strategy, governance, risk, and compliance. The role will drive M&A, financing, and strategic investments while protecting IP and privacy across multiple brands.

You will manage external partners, coordinate with Finance, HR, and Operations, and ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions globally.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive legal experience in corporate and commercial law.
• JD from an accredited law school.
• Experience advising CEOs, Boards of Directors, and senior leadership teams.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with ecommerce, consumer products, digital platforms, privacy, and IP.

Responsabilités
