Qualifikationen

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the bar.
• Extensive experience leading a corporate legal function, preferably in consumer or eCommerce.
• Proven ability to manage external counsel and complex transactions.

• Provide strategic guidance to the CEO, CFO, Board, and executives on governance, risk, financing, and acquisitions.
• Lead corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and cross-border matters.
• Oversee IP, privacy, contracts, labor, and real estate legal matters.
• Manage external counsel, oversee litigation, and support strategic transactions.
