Strategic Fundraising Coordinator — Part-Time

The Station on 6th | Cottonwood, Arizona

The Station on 6th is seeking an experienced, organized, and relationship-focused Strategic Fundraising Coordinator to help implement our growing Development & Sustainability Plan.

This is not simply an event-planning position. We are looking for someone with demonstrated fundraising experience who understands how multiple revenue strategies work together to create long-term nonprofit sustainability.

The Position

Working closely with the Executive Director, Board, Development Committee, donors, sponsors, and community partners, the Strategic Fundraising Coordinator will help coordinate and implement a diversified fundraising program that includes:

• Major donor cultivation and stewardship
• Corporate and community sponsorships
• Annual and monthly giving campaigns
• Arizona Charitable Tax Credit promotion
• Fundraising communications and donor outreach
• DonorPerfect database management and reporting
• Signature fundraising events
• Donor and sponsor tracking and follow-up
• Community partnerships
• Coordination of fundraising timelines, systems, and campaigns
• Support for grants and other diversified revenue strategies

The position will also coordinate implementation of our annual signature fundraising event and ensure committees, sponsorships, procurement, marketing, volunteers, timelines, and follow-up stay on track.

What We’re Looking For

The successful candidate should have:

• Demonstrated fundraising or nonprofit development experience
• Experience cultivating donors, sponsors, or community partners
• Confidence participating in meaningful donor conversations and making significant asks
• Understanding of diversified or “braided” fundraising strategies
• Strong project-management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders
• Strong follow-through and attention to detail
• Comfort working with Boards, volunteers, businesses, donors, and community leaders
• Experience with donor databases/CRM systems; DonorPerfect experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently while remaining highly collaborative

Position Details

Part-Time | Approximately 20–28 hours per week

$25.00 per hour

Flexible schedule with occasional evenings and weekends for events and community activities.

This position reports directly to the Executive Director.

We are looking for someone who can help turn good fundraising ideas into organized, measurable, sustainable action while building authentic relationships around the mission of The Station on 6th.
