Marquette Transportation Company, LLC is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join its Procurement & Supply Chain team. The role reports to the VP and collaborates with Vessel Sales, FP&A, Port Captains, and Purchasing to maintain a best-in-class logistics model across eight operating brands.

Primary offices include Paducah, KY; New Orleans, LA; Sulphur, LA; Houston, TX; and the greater Chicago area. The candidate will analyze fuel, procurement, and supply chain data, develop Power BI dashboards,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field; OR 5+ years of equivalent experience in analytics, supply chain, or procurement.
• Working knowledge of capital and futures (Energy/Ag/Livestock) markets preferred.
• Working knowledge of line-haul vessel operations and geographical marine areas is preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pricing, trend, and cost analysis for fuel, food, engine components, company vehicles, and service providers.
• Assist in developing and enhancing Power BI dashboards and reports for decision‑making across Procurement & Supply Chain.
• Analyze purchase history to identify cost‑saving opportunities and optimize supplier relationships.
• Provide analytical support during vendor contract negotiations and renewals.
