Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in logistics management or supply chain operations.
• 3+ years of experience managing carrier relationships and analyzing freight spend.

Responsibilities

• Carrier relationship management and regular performance reviews.
• Coordinate shipment tracking and visibility tools to prevent delays.
• Analyze transportation invoices and manage freight requests for cost control.
• Design transportation tracking reports and carrier scorecards.
• Track QOS metrics and KPIs to drive improvement.
