Nienhuis Financial Group is seeking a skilled Fractional CFO/Controller focused on small business clients to deliver financials, provide controller services, and ensure accounting compliance. This position will manage a team of 3–5 employees and build strong client relationships.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of accounting experience, a BA in a related field, and supervisory experience. CPA preferred with robust knowledge of accounting software and client management capabilities.
