Job summary

LRS is seeking a senior FP&A Business Partner to serve as a finance lead for Area Operations in an asset-intensive, route-based waste and recycling business. You will translate operational drivers into financial insights and partner with VPs and field leaders on planning, forecasting, and performance management.

You will build and maintain driver-based models, evaluate capital investments, support pricing strategies, and provide board-ready reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related quantitative field.
• Minimum 5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical finance roles.
• Experience in asset-intensive, route-based industries is strongly preferred.
• MBA, CPA, CFA or equivalent advanced credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end financial planning, forecasting, and performance management.
• Partner with Area Operations leadership and senior executives on financial guidance.
• Model capital investments, including ROI, NPV, IRR and post-investment tracking.
• Develop budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range plans for assigned areas.
• Provide analytics for pricing, capital deployment, and resource optimization.
• Support M&A activity, optimization programs, and sustainability initiatives.
• Prepare board-ready financial reporting packages and management reviews.
