Job summary

Trinnex is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with leadership and guide financial decisions that drive growth and profitability. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning while analyzing performance, margins, and utilization across projects.

You’ll collaborate with Operations and Project Accounting to ensure revenue recognition and compliance, and you’ll build executive dashboards and KPI reports to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A, corporate finance, project accounting, or a related financial role.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis.
• Knowledge of revenue recognition principles and project financial management.
• Proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience partnering with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling; strong Office skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with financial reporting, KPI development, and business performance analysis.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Proficiency with Oracle ERP or other enterprise financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial insights, forecasting, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and growth.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and long-range planning processes.
• Analyze revenue, profitability, project margins, resource utilization, and key metrics.
• Monitor project financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions.
• Collaborate with Operations and Project Accounting on revenue recognition, contract review, client billing, and compliance.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards, KPI reporting, analyses, and management presentations.
• Support financial controls, process improvements, and operational efficiency.
• Utilize Power BI, Oracle, Excel, and other systems to enhance reporting, analytics, and automation.
