Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC’s Transportation Technology and Services Finance team seeks a Finance Manager to partner with senior leaders, own strategic financial planning, and drive decision-making across technology investments and operating expenditures.

You will lead analyses, build models, mentor peers, and champion controllership while navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment. This role provides broad visibility and impact across engineering, product, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
• Bachelor's degree
• MBA or CPA (preferred)
• Knowledge of SQL/ETL (preferred)
• Experience with large-scale data mining and reporting tools
• Forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis experience

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to provide strategic financial guidance and build analytical frameworks for initiatives
• Own month-end close, annual operating plans, long-range planning and FP&A cycles
• Develop analyses and models that influence strategic decisions
• Identify and implement large-scale financial solutions to improve finance tools and processes
• Translate financial data into actionable narratives for senior leadership
• Manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment and influence technology investments
