Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- At least four years of progressive FP&A experience.
- Advanced Excel and three-statement/pro forma modeling.
- Ability to partner with leaders and translate findings into recommendations.
- Strong analytical, data interpretation and communication skills.
- Attention to detail with complex datasets.
Responsibilities
- Serve as finance partner to Operations and Sales leadership.
- Lead reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
- Develop and maintain financial models and reports.
- Automate workflows using Planful, Power BI, and AI tools.
- Present insights in monthly operating reviews and Board decks.
- Mentor FP&A Analysts and guide junior staff.
