Australia-Employment is seeking an experienced Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis in New York, NY, to lead company-wide FP&A initiatives and partner with senior leadership. Expect a high-visibility role with meaningful executive exposure and a competitive compensation package including a discretionary bonus.

You will own monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A reporting, enhance management reporting and KPIs, and drive strategic financial planning.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A leadership and partnering with senior leadership.
• Develop and maintain FP&A reporting packages (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Analyze business segment performance, trends, risks and opportunities.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools delivering actionable insights.
• Support long-range planning, forecasting, budgeting, and monthly processes.
• Improve FP&A policies and reporting processes.
• Present findings to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A reporting packages.
• Support and enhance the management reporting framework and KPIs.
• Analyze business segment performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools that provide actionable insights.
• Assist in executive and board-level presentations.
• Support long-range planning, forecasting, budgeting, and monthly financial planning processes.
• Improve and document FP&A policies, procedures, and reporting processes.
• Partner with business leaders to understand financial drivers.
• Deliver financial modeling and ad hoc reporting.
