Job summary

Stampede Culinary Partners is looking for an FP&A Manager to join our Finance & Accounting team. This hybrid role leads core budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, performance reporting, KPI analysis, and decision support across a multi-site manufacturing environment.

As FP&A Manager, you'll coordinate annual budgets, rolling forecasts, long-range planning, and scenario analysis while building driver-based financial models that connect operational activity to financial results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive FP&A or related experience.
• Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting.
• Ability to link operational activity to income statement and cash flow.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and close-to-report processes.
• Advanced Excel with ERP/BI/analytics tools experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual budgets and rolling forecasts for multi-site manufacturing.
• Build driver-based financial models linking operational activity to financial outcomes.
• Prepare executive-ready monthly and quarterly reporting.
• Analyze revenue, gross margin, profitability trends and cost drivers.
• Develop KPI dashboards with historical context and forward-looking visibility.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales and leadership to evaluate initiatives and capital decisions.
• Standardize forecasting and reporting processes; explore AI and analytics use.
