Job summary

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of progressive finance experience, including significant FP&A responsibility.
• Prior experience partnering closely with Accounting/Controller functions and business leaders.
• Experience in a manufacturing, medical device, or global/multi-entity environment strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted financial advisor to the CFO and executive leadership team.
• Lead enterprise-wide financial planning activities including annual budgeting.
• Partner closely with leaders across Operations, Sales, Marketing, and other departments.
