Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in medical device or hardware manufacturing.
• Experience designing and troubleshooting production tools and fixtures.
• Ability to conduct root cause analysis and resolve production issues.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve manufacturing processes for production lines.
• Revise existing product designs and develop new tools and fixtures.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives in production processes.
